Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in providing quality products to our customers, so we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Golden Leaf Uniforms. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to refund or exchange it under the following conditions:

• The merchandises must be delivered prepaid to Golden Leaf Uniforms Warehouse in Sydney
  
  

• The merchandises should be claimed within 7 days of original invoice

• The merchandises must be in the complete and original packaging, folded properly, and show no signs of wear, use, or being washed, with complete tags intact.

• The merchandises that you claim to be defective or faulty must be the result of faulty workmanship or materials.

• Made-To-Order merchandises, change-of-mind goods, discontinued items or clearance items will not be accepted in this case.
